Junwoo Ryan Lee-Kim

Founder, President & CEO

Junwoo founded Fulton Innovation Labs with a vision to make STEM education accessible to every learner - especially those who learn differently and those who lack the resources to be seen. He brings leadership and a deep commitment to empowering students through hands-on engineering experiences. Junwoo's approach is grounded in the belief that every student deserves a chance to build, experiment, and discover - not just read about science, but do it.

Ethan Hegde

Executive VP, COO, Founding Member

Ethan is passionate about creating learning content for participants and drives the operational excellence behind FIL's programs. He supports various day to day operations to help FIL run smoothly. Ethan believes great programs are built on both inspiration and structure, and he works to make sure every participant has what they need to succeed.
